HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR RELEASES?
Account homepage > Sign in
Click the Clubs Memberships tab in your account menu.
Under Shipping Address, select "Change."
Select "Add new address" and enter your new shipment details.
Click "Update Membership" at the bottom of the screen.
HOW DO I SELECT THE LOCAL PICKUP OPTION?
Account homepage > Sign in
Click the Clubs Memberships tab in your account menu.
Under Shipping Address, select "Change."
Select "Change to Pickup" on the bottom left of the pop up.
Click "Update Membership" at the bottom of the screen.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFO FOR A CLUB SHIPMENT?
Account homepage > Sign in
Click the Clubs Memberships tab in your account menu.
Under Payment Method, select "Change."
Edit your existing card or add new card information.
Click "Update Membership" at the bottom of the screen.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY BOTTLE MEMBERSHIP?
Want to bump your club membership up to 12-bottles or down to 6-bottles? Reach out to Michelle at michelle@iruaiwine.com and she’ll get you sorted.
HOW DO I REROUTE A SHIPMENT?
Once your package has left our warehouse in Etna, you’ll receive UPS tracking info to your email. You can reroute your package through the UPS website with your tracking information.
Please note: You cannot reroute shipments to be delivered to a different state. Please reach out to Michelle at michelle@iruaiwine.com with questions.
HOW DO I PLACE MY MEMBERSHIP
ON HOLD?
Reach out to Michelle at michelle@iruaiwine.com with the start and end date of your membership hold, and she’ll get you sorted.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We’re sorry to see you go but are here when you’re ready to rejoin! Reach out to Michelle at michelle@iruaiwine.com to cancel your club membership.
